      Tragic Circumstances

      An unfortunate happening took place yesterday when it was found that Mr D Hooton, of Tabulum, was found suspended to a beam in the car shed at his home. When discovered, it was found that life was extinct. the deceased was 43 years of age. The remains were brought to Tenterfield, and interred in the Church of England portion of the local cemetery. In the absence of the Vicar, Red W.H. Willey, officiated at the graveside. Mr J.P. Cooper had charge of the funeral arrangements.
