TOWNSEND - KERR
A pretty, but quiet weddong was celebrated in the Cameron Memorial Church yesterday afternoon, only relatives and freinds of the contracting parties being present. The bridgroom was Mr Harold Townsend, of Uralla, and the bride, Miss Ivory Catherine Kerr, daughter of Mr and Mrs Alexander Kerr, of Glencoe. The Rev A.P. Cameron, B.A., conducted the service. the bride was attended by her sister, Miss W Kerr, while Mr R.E. Townsend, brother of the bridegroom, acted as best man. Mr and mrs Townssend wil reisde in the Uralla district. [3]
