    • Bride Wears Family Brooch
      KEEHN - PATRICK
      An old brooch, which belonged to her grandmother, Mrs S Pierpoint, sen., and which is set with a stone found by her grandfather will be worn by Miss kathleen Maud Patrick, with her wedding gown when she marries Mr William Richard Keehn in St Paul's Church, Stanthorpe, this evening.
      The bride, who will be gien away by her father, has chosen a gown of ivoory all over Alencon lace mounted on taffeta. The shirred bodice is soutached with seed peals and finished with loops and buttons. The skirt, cut on classical lines, is fashioned to display a full train defined by quilted georgette.
      Her veil, which was worn by her mother on her own wedding day, will be surmounted by a coronet of orange blossom, and she will carry a shower bouquet of choice whie roses, carnations and eucharis lilies

      BLUE RIPPLE SHEER
      Miss Forothy May Patrick is attending her sister as bridesmaid. She is to don blue ripple sheer over blue crepe charme. The bodice, which displays puff sleeves and a square neckline, is defined by bans of shirring.
      Posies of pink and blue forget-me-nots trim the fully flared skirt. She will add a dhoulder length veil caught by a halo of blue and pink foret-me-nots and her bouquet is of pink roses and carnatins,.
      Mr W Paget will be the best man. Mr W Howe is the usher.
      The wedding is of interest to a wide circle of friends in Stanthorpe and the surrounding distrits as well as in brisbane, Ipswich and Gladstone.
      The bride is the leder daughter of Mr and Mrs H.E. Patrick, Kathville, Stanthorpe and the bridegroom is the elder son of Mr and Mrs J.H. Keehn, The Summit.

      GARDEN BLOSSOMS AND WILD FLOWERS
      Bowls of garden blossoms are combined with wild flowers in decorating the church.
      At the reception, which is being held at the church hall, the decoratikons consist of bowl of wild flowers about the hall and bowls of gerberas set un puffings of blue and silver tulle will adorn the table where the dejeuner will be served.
      GOLDNE CRUCIFIX ORCHIDS
      Mrs Patrick (mother of the bride) is featuring a Marie Antoinette jermaine ensemble allied with a black hat and accessories. She will add a shoulder spray of golden crucifix orchids. With her navy riptide frock relieved with white, Mrs Keehn (mother of the bridegroom) will ally a black hat of glossy straw,
      Over her blak an white frock Mrs Pierpoint (grandmother of the bride) is featuring a belted fur coat caught by a spracy of red crucifix orchids. Her black ballibuntly hat shows a diamante ornament. [3]
